Maddie Lewis

Maddie grew up in central New Jersey, and played club field hockey for Jersey Intensity. She went to the Peddie School (‘12) for her junior and senior years, where she was named All-Prep Player of the Year, and Regional All-American. She then played four years at Princeton University (‘16) as a striker. While there, they were 2012 NCAA D1 National Champions, and 4x Ivy League Champions. Her senior season (2015), she was named the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year, Unanimous First-Team All-Ivy, and an NFHCA All-American. After college, she spent 5 years as an instructor at SoulCycle (Ardmore & Rittenhouse Square Studios). In 2022, she was inducted into the Peddie School Sports Hall of Fame. 

She now lives in Wayne with her husband and our golden doodle, Taco. In her free time, she enjoys playing lots of golf at our club, Sunnybrook, and doing various DIY projects around her house. She’s looking forward to bringing her offensive coaching mindset to Mayhem!
