Kimberly Lyman – Executive Administrator

Kim Lyman recently joined MAYHEM as the first Executive Administrator for the club. Kim has a passion for youth sports as she believes sports help shape a young athlete into a successful adult. Kim graduated from Neumann University in May 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. During her years at Neumann, she completed two internships: Access Sports and Phillies Baseball Academy. After graduation I landed a job at a Youth Sports Complex (The Proving Grounds) where she was the Director of the complex for 5 years. Kim had made the decision to further her education in the Spot Industry and decided to join the master’s program at Neumann University for Sport Business. During her time at Neumann she gained a great wealth of knowledge. She graduated with her master’s degree in May 2018. In 2019 I was approached by ESF Camps and Experiences to join their team, which is the home of Phillies Baseball Academy. I returned to ESF Camps and Experiences in 2019 as part of their Customer Engagement team. I was the Customer Engagement Representative for the Pro Team Sport department. Kim joined the MAYHEM team in February 2022. During her free time she loves to hang out with her family and friends. She has 2 nieces and 2 nephews who she just adores and loves spending time with them.
