The Individual Development Plan (IDP) Program is a comprehensive, athlete-centered development system designed to help our players train with intention, clarity, and purpose. Modeled after the development frameworks used by collegiate and professional field hockey programs nationwide, the IDP program provides athletes with a clear roadmap for long-term growth both on and off the field.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, the IDP focuses on the individual athlete- identifying strengths, addressing areas for improvement, and building the habits and understanding required to compete at a higher level.
The IDP Difference
The Individual Development Plan Program goes beyond traditional training by combining technical instruction, tactical education, physical preparation, and personalized feedback into one cohesive system. It is designed for athletes who want to train with intention, take ownership of their development, and build a foundation that translates to higher levels of play.
