COACHING, COMMUNICATION & CURRICULUM
Mayhem MINIS is a BRAND NEW, PIONEER children’s field hockey program that focuses on character and athletic development. We positively impact children’s lives on and off the field through our best-in-class coaching, communication and curriculum. Mayhem Minis is geared to 4-7 year olds interested in learning field hockey for the first time. All of our programs are four week sessions. Mini sticks and shinguards are available to BORROW for $15 for the 4 weeks.
There will be 3 Levels offered.
Below are descriptions of each Level:
Level 1: Stick Chicks: Introduction to the basics of field hockey-focused athletic movements, fun games, exercise and technique! Field Hockey topics covered will include proper grip, ball carrying position, left hand rotation for pulls, and forehand dribbling.

Level 2: Stick with It: Introduction to field hockey- focused coordination, footwork, balance, and technique! Field Hockey topics covered will include defensive footwork, jabs, tackles, and stationary passing and receiving skills.

Level 3: Stick Tricks: Introduction to field hockey- focused game concepts, off-ball movement and possession. Field hockey topics covered will include elimination skills, flicking and sweeping.
