I started at mayhem at the very beginning when it was in a basement in 2015. Nothing has brought me more joy since Mayhem introduced me to field hockey, it truly was my first love! I did the USA futures program and played on the Rise team. Then I went to Duke where I played for all five years and was honored to lead the team to the Final Four as a captain in 2023! I was Duke True player of the year in 2022 and 2025.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in making mistakes. No one is truly training until they fail and fail hard. We must put absolutely everything into every rep so you can make the mistakes. Evaluating those mistakes is how you make progress!
