Sweat & Shoot Clinics

A hybrid of our two favorite clinics– Stick Chic & Goal Scoring– Coach Morgan will be combining the fitness & scoring at “Sweat & Shoot” every Thursday night.   Join a small group of athletes for 90 minutes of body-weight strength training, agility, and goal scoring practice.  Get plenty of repetition in a high-paced and FUN environment while getting a good sweat!

Shooting clinics will run in coordination with the nightly goal keeping clinics.
