Sweat & Shoot Clinics
A hybrid of our two favorite clinics– Stick Chic & Goal Scoring– the Mayhem coaches combine the fitness & scoring at our “Sweat & Shoot” clinic. Join a small group of athletes for 60 minutes of body-weight strength training, agility, and goal scoring practice. Get plenty of repetition in a high-paced and FUN environment while getting a good sweat!
Details: It is recommended that Sweat & Shoot Clinics are purchased in packages to maximize results, but they may be purchased individually by clicking on specific dates, below. No substitutions, transfers, or refunds are permitted. Prior registration required. Due to the intensity of the workout, this clinic is recommended for high school players.
