Mayhem’s RCD program and events is specifically designed to work closely with Mayhem Club families on their athlete’s journey through the Recruiting & Collegiate Development (“RCD”) process. The RCD program is an additional concierge/a-la-carte-style service that ensures the supervision, navigation and guidance of Mayhem staff member of an athletes’ recruitment journey. There are various packages available for athletes at every stage– from just beginning to exploring the concept of playing after high school, to “sealing the deal” their Junior or Senior year—all of which are based upon extensive feedback and communication between the Mayhem staff and the family.

A-La-Carte Items
Private Development Assessment: Schedule a 60 minute meeting and assessment of athlete’s fitness and play with Mayhem’s Program Director Caroline Sweeney. Discuss goal setting and receive all-inclusive evaluation of strengths and areas for improvement: $110
Personal Family RCD Meeting (20 Minutes): RCD Coach meets with entire family on zoom to answer recruiting questions, advise on recruiting prospects and exposure opportunities, timeline, and more: $40
An “Alex Assessment”: Includes two-week in-practice evaluations, discussion with team coach & follow-up emails/call regarding development with family: $95
Highlight Video Skills Clinics: SKILLS Evaluations Clinics/Combines where athletes are put through rigorous RCD skills/drills with their peers and given access to raw footage to create their own highlight videos. Following the clinics, athletes will be provided written feedback with areas for improvement. Clinics will be held in October (10/13/25 @ 8PM on Turf), December (Sport Court), and March (Turf): $125
Admission or Access to Recorded RCD Zoom Seminars: $50 (includes Parts 1 & 2)
Development Package
Who: NEW RCD Athletes
- Admission to and/or Access to Fall Zoom Recruiting Seminars (Credited towards Package);
- Initial 30-minute zoom call with member of RCD Staff providing feedback/ answering questions on family’s college interest list, consulting on recruiting events, timelines, clinics, answering FAQs .
- 75-minute Technical & Tactical Skills Combine session with other RCD athletes run by RCD Coaches
- VIDEO Analysis & Highlight Film from RCD Combine
- Follow-up email providing feedback of strengths/weaknesses
- Access to Video Footage of RCD Combine Session for self-creation of skills highlight video, reviewed by RCD staff
- Guidance on Pre-Showcase emails, contacts and communication
- Email support for pre-tournament emails and responses from designated RCD staff member
- CC’d on correspondence to/from colleges with feedback relayed from colleges to athletes family, if any
Maintenance Package
Who: Returning, Progressed or 11th Grade RCD Athletes
- Admission to and/or Access to Fall Zoom Recruiting Seminars (Credited towards Package);
- Two 25-minute check-in calls with RCD Coach
- Email support for pre-tournament emails and responses from designated RCD staff member
- CC’d on correspondence to/from colleges with feedback relayed from colleges to athletes family, if any
