U16 & U19 National Indoor Tournament Qualifier Fee

DUE BY THE FRIDAY PRIOR TO YOUR NATIONAL QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT 

All U16 & U19 full-season travel team members are responsible for paying the team NIQ fee ($125) regardless of personal participation in the tournament, number of games your team plays in the tournament, or whether or not your team managed to qualify for the National Indoor Tournament.   Those who participate in both a U16 & a U19 NITQ are responsible for two fees.

Payment in full is due prior to the beginning of your National Indoor Qualifying Tournament and is required in order to be added to the team’s roster.  The NIQ Fee is nonrefundable or transferable under any condition.  Payment does not guarantee playing time or position (whether you are a field player or a goal keeper).  It is your team’s mission at NIQ to qualify for the National Indoor Tournament at the highest level possible, which means winning is the priority.  Those who are contributing to the overall success of the team AND following the coaches’ instructions, will be on the field/court for the most amount of time.  It is Mayhem’s goal to develop ALL players throughout the indoor season at our “prep” tournaments so that they may remain on the Court as long as possible by the end of the season.  If an athlete has questions about her athletic performance and/or direction being given, she may request a post-game meeting with her coach.
