Relentless Athletics Weight Lifting Program
Relentless Athletics (“RA”) offers a free trial assessment where we provide speed and agility tests, strength tests, and body comp analysis. This process involves RA taking a close look at your injury history, training experience, sport of choice, and many more factors. RA periodically re-assess our athletes throughout their time with RA so that RA can track their progress and continuously target their weaknesses
How The Relentless System Works:
Using the information we gathered in the initial assessment, RA designs an individualized training program. Sessions are designed to be completed in roughly an hour. Your individualized training materials will be provided upon return for your second visit and you will be closely coached through the entirety of the program by our strength & conditioning coaches.
Participation includes individualized programming for strength, speed, and agility based on initial assessment, goals, and competitive season of each athlete.
What to expect from RA programs:
Off and In season programming:
Further out from the season, RA focuses on developing a broad strength and conditioning base for each athlete.
Closer to the season, RA builds upon that base and introduce more specific strength, speed, and agility training that translates directly into the skills needed for each sport.
During the competitive season, RA’s main focus is to prevent injuries by maintaining the strength, speed, explosive power, and muscular balance RA has built in previous phases
Broad development of strength and explosive power through the Olympic lifts
Development of acceleration, change of direction, and deceleration mechanics
Sports Nutrition Consultation
Individualized plans based around specific needs of each athlete
Education on importance of caloric balance, macronutrient ratio, and nutrient timing
Each membership to the gym includes a basic nutrition plan. Upgrades to the plan are available including alternations to the basic plan based on individuals goals and needs, 24/7 communication, and meal examples based on each persons specific plan!
