Athletes should bring the following equipment:
- Outdoor field hockey stick
- Mouthguard
- Shinguards
- Sneakers or turf cleats (NO GRASS SOCCER CLEATS!)
- Covid face mask (required at all times for athletes, spectators and staff, regardless of age or vaccination status)
- Water bottle
