2016-2017 Indoor Travel Team Balances

Welcome, Mayhem 2016-2017 Winter Indoor Travel Team Members!

Your indoor team balance (below) is due November 15th; costs include regular season tournaments and team practices, but NOT National Indoor Tournament Qualifier or National Indoor Tournament entry fees and additional expenses listed below.  USFHA Affiliation should have been completed by 9/30: Join “Main Line Field Hockey Club (Mayhem)” HERE.

***U12 & U14 Teams Must Book Hotel Rooms at the Warehouse Hotel by 11/8

• U19 Black:  $800- Pay Balance of $425 HERE
• U19 Yellow: $790- Pay Balance of $415 HERE
• ***U19 Red: $785-  Pay Balance of $410 HERE

Under 16

• U16 Black: $800- Pay Balance of $425 HERE
• U16 Yellow: $790- Pay Balance of $415 HERE
