Athletes should bring the following equipment:
- Indoor field hockey stick
- Mouthguard
- Shinguards
- Sneakers or Indoor shoes
- Covid face mask (required at all times for athletes, spectators and staff, regardless of age or vaccination status)
- Water bottle
- Indoor gloves

Packages includes 6 Mondays, excludes 12/13 ODU clinic and 12/20 SJU Clinics
