Winter Turf 2025-2026 FUNdamentals – Sunday’s – Session 1
No experience needed.
Dates:
Sunday’s: 12/7, 12/14, 12/21, 1/4, 1/11
Times:
9-10am: Pre-K (SMALL Group on Balcony Turf)
10-11am: Kindergarten (SMALL Group on Balcony Turf)
11-12pm: 1st Grade (SMALL Group on Balcony Turf)
12-1pm: 2nd Grade (SMALL Group on Balcony Turf)
Location:
MAYHEM Athletic Center (MAC) – Indoor Turf
1032 Conshohocken Road, Conshohocken, PA 19428
Price: $225 per athlete
Equipment Required: Outdoor Field Hockey stick, mouth guard, shin guards.
**Each athlete receives a MAYHEM t-shirt.

Week 1 – Dribbling & elimination skills
Week 2 – Passing and receiving
Week 3 – Offense
Week 4- Defense
Week 5 – Structure and game play
