2021-2022 Winter Indoor Travel Team Season (U14, U16, U19)

• 1st Payment: $100 Deposit
• 2nd Payment: $400 due 9/1/21
• 3rd Payment: $600 due 11/15/21 (Following Team Evaluations)

• National Indoor Qualifying Tournament
• “The Mayhem Classic” Indoor Tournament
• National Indoor Tournament Fee
• Custom Mayhem Indoor Gloves
• Uniform and Team Gear
• Main Line Goal Keeping Academy (GKs Only)
• Indoor Stick (any)
