MAYHEM’s 9th Annual Spring Training Program (AKA “Spring FUNdamentals”) invites athletes of ALL ages, club affiliations and skill levels to learn and practice a wide variety of Fundamental skills and tactical strategies at the Mayhem Athletic Center.
Enjoy 6 x 75 minute sessions comprised of high-intensity, fun drills, that covers fundamental skills development. Learn to love the game of field hockey through practicing the proper technique 6 sessions of FUN games and dynamic drills.
SATURDAY FUNDAMENTALS
Dates: Saturday’s (3/25, 4/1, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, and 5/6)
Location: MAYHEM Athletic Center (MAC -1032 Conshohocken Road, Conshohocken, PA 19428)
Price: $225 per athlete
Schedule:
- Pre-K from 9-10:15am
- K-2nd Grade from 10:15-11:30am
- 3rd-5th Grade from 11:30-12:45pm
High School Training – ADVANCED Level from 12:45-2pm - 6th-8th Grade from 2-3:15pm
SUNDAY FUNDAMENTALS
