The difference between a “good” athletes and “great” athlete is POWER.

Great field hockey players need POWER to carry the ball in a strong position and to avoid being “bumped-off” by their opponents.  Great field hockey players need POWER behind their hits, behind their dynamic cuts, and behind their block tackles.  POWER is essential to taking your game to the next level.

Mayhem’s F’ockey Coach Morgan Paese and Mayhem’s Strength & Conditioning Coach Emily Pappas, of Relentless Athletics, are teaming-up to bring “F’ockey POWER Training” to Mayhem during this year’s winter indoor season (November 2016- February 2017).   Twice per week for eight weeks, athletes will workout both on the turf and in the weight room (platinum package only).

Relentless Weight Lifting sessions with Coach Emily will be geared specifically towards the sport of field hockey and are tailored to the personal needs and capabilities of each athlete… READ MORE About Relentless Athletics Lifting Program HERE!  F’ockey Speed and agility sessions with Coach Morgan will be done on the turf and will cover footwork, speed, agility, balance, stick work and flexibility…. all crucial areas of development for every field hockey player at any age.  This F’ockey program is the perfect compliment to any in-season sport and a great way to keep your turf skills up-to-par.

There is no better way to bond with your teammates than by helping them lift some weight off of their shoulders.

If you are unable to attend one of your classes, you may schedule a make-up class independently with Coach Emily at her home facility in Hatfield, PA.

Open to U14, U16, and U19 Athletes.
