Want to work on your strength, agility and speed with the ball?  Hop into Mayhem’s 90-minute-skills clinics on Monday nights with other ambitious athletes your age!  The curriculum and the coaches change nightly; classes are a combination of general physical fitness/agility and stick skill training.  Practice makes perfect!
