Gina Stephan

Gina Stephan is a first-year assistant coach at Haverford College.  Prior to Haverford, Stephan coached the Varsity Field Hockey team at Clarence High School in Buffalo, NY, and has three years experience coaching all levels of club.  She is also involved with the USA Futures program as a regional coach and has attained her Level II Certification with the organization.  

 

Stephan graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from the College at Brockport, where she was a four-year defensive starter and captain for the Golden Eagles.  She was a second-team All-SUNYAC selection in 2010 and 2012 and was a three-year member of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) National Academic Squad, where she ended her career with 17 defensive saves. Stephan holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from The College at Brockport, as well as a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration from Canisius College.
